Similarly, we can advise on all aspects of building work, and regulations, meeting all the highest standards of construction.
In addition, we employ only corgi registered plumbers, and professional qualified joiners, electricians, bricklayers, slaters, plasterers and builders and all our vehicles and equipment are fully serviced and kept in good condition.

Monarch Energy Efficient Homes
As from December 2008 Monarch are proud to announce a new division within our company structure.
Monarch Energy Efficient Homes have been selected to build a unique energy efficient house, designed by Gokay Devechie, Chartered Architect, DIP Architecture (Aberdeen). ARIAS.RIBA
Gokay is currently lecturing at Robert Gordons University Aberdeen. He is also a member of the Scottish Ecological Design Association.
Monarch have developed over the years since their inception in 1996 when they started out with design and build conservatories.
Having gained a great deal of experience with building top of the range conservatories and later solid roof sun lounges and house extensions, The Monarch Company have worked themselves into the proud position where they can now project manage and build a house of unique design and insulation quality.
